Notice of Financial Incentive (for California residents)

Cook & Gather’s Refer a Friend program is a financial incentive under California law. When you participate, you receive a $20 discount code for each qualifying referral. The value of your personal information to us is reasonably related to the value of the incentive offered – we benefit by acquiring new customers at a lower marketing cost. You may withdraw from the program at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Participation is voluntary, and you can still shop with us without joining.

Terms & Conditions (summary)

  • The referred friend must be a new customer (never purchased from Cook & Gather before).

  • Minimum first‑time purchase of $100 (before taxes and shipping) required for the friend to qualify.

  • $20 discount is valid for 90 days from issue.

  • $20 reward for the referrer is a discount code, not cash or store credit, and expires 90 days after issue.

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts on the same order.

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.
